1. About Mayan Energy Blueprint

Mayan Energy Blueprint is a self-reflection web app that creates personalized Mayan-inspired energy readings based on user-provided information such as birth date and current life question.

2. Self-Reflection Only

Mayan Energy Blueprint is for self-reflection, personal insight, symbolic interpretation, and general guidance only.

It does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, career, relationship, or other professional advice.

The readings are not deterministic predictions and do not guarantee any outcome.

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to generate readings, store reading history, access Premium Reports, and use credits.

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.

4. Information You Provide

You agree to provide accurate information where required, including your email address, birth date, problem category, and question or situation details.

If you create a reading for someone else, you should have their permission to use their birth date and situation information.

5. Free Reading

The Free Reading provides a first-layer snapshot based on the information you provide.

Free credits may be limited. The number of free readings available to each user may change at our discretion.

6. Premium Energy Blueprint Report

The Premium Energy Blueprint Report is a one-time digital purchase for a specific reading.

It may include deeper interpretation, Oracle 5 Powers, Birth Wavespell path, Premium timing guidance, challenge analysis, a 7-step action plan, and integration guidance.

Premium is unlocked per reading, not as a general account subscription, unless stated otherwise in the future.

7. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe or another payment processor we may use in the future.

We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Prices may vary by currency, region, promotion, launch offer, or future product changes.

8. Refunds

Because Premium Reports are digital personalized content, payments are generally non-refundable once the Premium Report has been generated.

Refunds may be considered only if:

• you were charged more than once by mistake;
• payment succeeded but the Premium Report was not generated;
• a technical issue prevented access to the purchased report;
• a refund is required by applicable law.

9. Share Bonus Credits

The app may allow users to earn bonus reading credits by sharing a Mayan Card or using other promotional features.

Share bonus credits may be limited by user, account, day, reading, or other rules.

The current MVP share bonus system may use soft verification and may not verify actual posting on third-party social platforms.

We reserve the right to change, limit, or remove bonus credit features if misuse is detected.

10. AI-Assisted Content

Some Premium Report content may be generated or assisted by AI using your calculated Mayan Energy data and user-provided inputs.

AI-assisted content may contain imperfections and should be read as reflective guidance, not professional advice or factual certainty.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website or app, attempt to disrupt the system, abuse free credits or share bonuses, submit unlawful content, or use the service in a way that violates applicable laws.

12. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that any reading, report, insight, action plan, or interpretation will produce a specific result.

Your experience and interpretation are personal to you.

13. Intellectual Property

The Mayan Energy Blueprint name, design, written content, templates, report structure, share card design, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Mayan Energy Blueprint.

You may use your own generated reading for personal use and personal sharing, but you may not copy or resell the platform, templates, reports, or system without permission.

14. Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The app may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party service issues, payment processor issues, database issues, or other technical reasons.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
