1. Digital Product Nature

The Premium Energy Blueprint Report is a personalized digital product generated for a specific reading.

Because it is digital personalized content, payments are generally non-refundable once the Premium Report has been generated and made available.

2. When Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• you were charged more than once by mistake;
• payment succeeded but the Premium Report was not generated;
• a technical issue prevented you from accessing the purchased Premium Report;
• the payment was clearly made in error and the report was not generated;
• a refund is required by applicable law.

3. When Refunds Are Generally Not Provided

Refunds are generally not provided if:

• the Premium Report was successfully generated and made available;
• you changed your mind after receiving the report;
• you disagree with the interpretation;
• you expected a guaranteed prediction or outcome;
• you used incorrect input information such as the wrong birth date or problem text;
• you purchased the report but later decided you did not need it.

4. Technical Issues

If payment succeeds but your Premium Report does not appear, please wait a few minutes and refresh your dashboard.

5. Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged twice by mistake, contact us at mayanenergyblueprint@gmail.com with the payment details.

We will review the issue and may issue a refund where appropriate.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

Refund processing time may depend on Stripe, your bank, card provider, or payment method.
